How do you have a conversation that may result in conflict? Include GOD! Change your perception because it may be a smooth convo 😎. Pray before you have the conversation and GOD will order your steps. Pray with the person or people you are about to have the conversation with. Set parameters and timers to stay on topic and to have a productive discussion. For example, you don't want to stay on an issue for a long time and not come up with a solution. That's being counterproductive!

Provide pen and paper for any questions or thoughts to be addressed at the end. Be quick to listen throughly and discern. Hear GOD amid the conversation. Pray afterwards and that's it! Congratulations in advance go ahead and have that conversation. I'm proud of you and most importantly, GOD is too❣️
